We don’t claim to sell any secret or super special recipes (although they are all very tasty!), what we sell is the system. All of our recipes are formatted to make meal planning super fast! On the back of every recipe card is an ingredient break down that can quickly be turned into a shopping list.

To make planning even easier, every recipe pack is divided into groups of 5 meals and contains a corresponding Ingredient List. All you have to do is grab an ingredient list, make a quick trip to the grocery store, and you’ll have all the ingredients to make 5 meals. For most of us, that’s enough for a whole week (leaving two days for leftovers, going out to eat, or frozen pizza)!
