Avocados for Breakfast!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Avocados from Mexico for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

It is so easy to get in a rut for breakfast!  I am always in a hurry and usually just grab the first thing that I see.  And it is rarely healthy. I really should pay more attention since breakfast is the most important meal of the day!

Avocados from Mexico provide a simple and quick way to power up breakfast and make it distinctly delicious.  In support of the breakfast campaign and promotion, Avocados from Mexico is hosting the Wake Up a Winner Sweepstakes on Facebook.   Fun right?!

Each day throughout the promotion, Avocados from Mexico will award a $200 grocery gift card, and will award one grand prize trip for two to a Bed & Breakfast in Napa Valley, California. The grand prize winner will be selected from entrants throughout entire sweepstakes promotion period. Participants may enter to win once per day from April 6th to May 6th.

So, I am going to enter everyday because I could use a $200 grocery gift card! Join me!

Here is a super easy and super yummy breakfast you could make with avocados:
