Craft Camp Day 1 Crafts: Lobster Art and Display Board Tutorials

Craft 1 is the Lobster Hand Print & Foot Print Art
We were inspired by Crafty Crafted

Here is what we did:

We did the foot print out side to save on the mess.  We let the kids pick their color paper.
I painted their foot and pressed it in the middle of the paper.
We used a small bucket to clean off their foot.
We used aprons to help protect the kids clothes.
We painted both of their hands and placed it on the paper.
We let the kids paint on some extra details such as arms and legs.
We also let them use markers and googly eyes.
So CUTE!

Craft 2 is the Display board.
I designed this craft!

Here is what you will need:
Elmer's Bi-Fold Foam Board
Elmer's glue
Elmer's Project Poppers Markers
Clothes Pin
Magnetic Strips
1. Break/cut the bi-fold foam board in to to parts. (Each bi-fold foam board makes 2 display boards!)

2. Attach the magnets to the back.

3. Use Elmer's glue to attach the clothespin to the top of the front of the foam board.
4. Use Markers to Write  "Look what ___ made!" and Decorate!
The kids had so much fun coloring their display boards!

I love it. Kids creating art is the most amazing thing ever. Pretty much anything that comes out of their little hands, is pure magic.

Everyone looks so cute, you did a great job with them.

Hugs, Bella :)
