For KID 2 (age 3) this year I am making a felt storyboard with handmade storybook sets from her favorite stories. She's my little book-in-hand lap-climber and loves to play with the dollhouse dolls, so I'm thinking she's gonna LOVE her felt storyboard! I bought a beautiful large gilt frame at a yard sale last year ($2) that is being repurposed for this...I can't wait to see it on her wall!

KID 1 (age almost-6) is getting the castle he wished for, along with some knights (Papo and Schleich make great ones). We discussed possibly making his castle in the workshop, but got such a good deal on one over at HappyHenToys we decided we couldn't make it for that price just in materials alone!

So that's our semi-homemade Christmas plan this year!
